Have two players face off in a trivia battle.

The person who gets the question wrong gets ice water poured down them from a funnel and tube.

You can use water related questions to bring it all together (e.g., what percentage of the earths water is frozen?).

Closest answer wins.

Perhaps let leaders be the contestants and ask them to bring a change a clothes beforehand.
