There are holes drilled all over the pipe, so the kids have to work together to plug them with their fingers. The pipe is being held over someone who is ok with getting soaked. To make the pipes, just buy a large PVC pipe, glue and end cap on, and drill some holes. Keep in mind that each kid can only plug about 3 holes each.
