CROWD SURF Water Relay
Have teams select their smallest player to ride a mattress. The rider will be carried from one side to the other carrying as much water as they can from the water source to the bucket on the other side. Whoever fills their bucket first, or has the most water at the end of time wins! Idea and photo from @timsomers3
